Having started out with a single used cue lathe I have expanded to a modified metal lathe and a second cue lathe. I have also built from scratch two computerized wood lathes as well as one lathe dedicated for applying finish and another for sanding and polishing. I have made many tools and jigs for accomplishing single tasks with precision as well as acquired other pre made tools. This page is to showcase the various tools, materials and operations involved in transforming raw wood into beautiful pool cues.

Here is the precision cut prior to threading to install the joint cap. Notice the core wood is different than the outer wood. This is for stability.
